Localização espectacular,a poucos metros de toda a vida de Bellagio. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso. E ainda descobri no restaurante do hotel, que também era muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e com todas as comodidades

Prosoapele nu se schimba, decat, probabil, contra cost si nici cosul de gunoi din baie. Ar fi bine ca la descrierea cazarii sa se mentioneze acest aspect, macar sa stim unde sa aruncam sacul de gunoi

Posizione eccellente proprio nel centro storico. Camere pulite, noi avevamo quella al primo piano con affaccio sul ristorante, 3 belle finestre e una nel bagno. Accoglienza molto apprezzata, i ragazzi del ristorante ci hanno accompagnato e spiegato tutto. Abbiamo anche cenato sotto al ristorante molto buono e raffinato, prezzi non economici ma in linea con la zona. Buonissima anche la pizza al Babayaga, il loro ulteriore locale a pochi passi da lì, dove fanno la pizza ovale sottile e secca.

La cucina è tra la camera e il bagno, piccolina ma c’è tutto. Non l’abbiamo utilizzata, perché abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori. Non ci sono botteghe / supermercati nella zona, tranne un fruttivendolo che vende anche qualcosa ma per mangiare li a Bellagio bisogna procurarsi la roba prima

Getting the luggage to the property then up the stairs was difficult. Two thing’s didn’t work: the extractor hood above the kitchen stove and one of the lights above the bathroom sink.

We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bellagio. The atmosphere was so charming. The staff could not be any better, Michele welcomed us and was there with a smile the whole time of our stay. The apartment is part of The Antixo Pozzo restaurant below which happens to be one of the best restaurants with amazing food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was in the restaurant and set up very elegantly and absolutely delicious. The girl serving us (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet and lovely. She remembered that I was gluten free after the first day and happily catered to that. I cannot say enough about our stay and very highly recommend it. We would go back in a heartbeat. One other thing, the communication with Andy was great. So kind and friendly and so clear and concise with regards to parking and finding the place. My messages were answered immediately and he was always one step ahead to make sure everything went smoothly.

Loved the staff they were so attentive and friendly. Breakfast and baked goods were amazing. Pasta was so delicious!

Toiletries could've been better. There was no hair conditioner and lotion.

Loved the location, in the heart of Bellagio close to everything. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything was great overall. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the room’s interior decoration. The space has so much potential to be truly exceptional, and it would be wonderful if the decor matched the stunning surroundings. As it is, the interior feels a bit out of sync with the charm and beauty of the environment outside. But still a great accomodation choice to visit Lake Como!
