Dream location - peaceful yet convenient! Not far at all by car from Newmarket. Check in was smooth and clear instruction to follow - I have only good thing to say!

This was a very nice quaint room with a spectacular countryside view. The exit to the community garden was an extra bonus. Very quiet and excellent respite for a tired and weary soul. Will book again!

The door was a little challenging to lock once inside.

very comfortable room with a lovely ensuite.

Great desk for working at but no suitable chair. Couldn't find code for wifi.
