Maintenance. Bathroom smells terrible. It comes from the drainage. Smell is unbearable. I throw up when I used the bathroom

I like the fact that it was very easy to get in touch with host, easy check in and check out. The unit has a view and the place is just perfect for a family. Thank you.

Clean and near our house, so it was easy to pick up my mom. Safe as there were multiple security guards. The property manager replies if you have any concerns with my cons.

Living room light not working. Also the rug used in the bathroom was slippery, caused by an accident. My mom fell over and hurt her knee. The bed was covered with plastic causing noise when moving, could have used a foam protector instead. Please be aware that the location is right at the path of Davao airport approach causing airplanes to be right outside the window in the dead of night. If you are a fussy sleeper, you might want to reconsider as the planes will keep you up or wake you. Room size is ok, average. But the shared living room/dining room is the same if not smaller than the bigger bedroom. Drinking water is provided, just bring a micro usb charger to charge the water dispenser as it died on day 2, good thing my mom had an old phone charger to use.

The host is very responsive and kind. Good for family.
