Garden Villas

The bwach and pool access was great. The view was aresome. The location was very handy to restaurants and tourist facilities.

What we did not like was inside the building, it basically had nothing much to offerI powerpoints were difficult to use (old and ceased), Television had no local content and I asume one needed to accwss netflix with one's own account.

Position and staff

Maintenance dismal. Lots falling apart Door lock, cupboards, shower, water pressure..

Staff are amazing as well as christelle. Place well situated. You've got the beach at your doorstep with a resident's pool.

The view

No person to attend Had to wait for one hour to open door What is more shocking it's the working staff who i called for reservation telling me no reservation was made when payment was already effected as from Wednesday They gave us studio instead of appartement Such a shame for a nice place Only the cleaning staffs were kind enough

Beautiful view from first floor. Stunning restaurants walking distance from accommodation. Very friendly staff.

Having to walk down a back ally and past peoples entertainment area (very awkward) to get to the pool and beach. The airconditioning in the apartment we've booked did not work by they moved us to another unit.

Great Location- literally on the beach. Friendly helpful staff that cleaned every day and provided beach towels. Grocery shop across the road. Restaurant next door. Kitchen contained the necessary appliances i.e. gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster. Had WiFi.

Bed mattresses should be replaced - could feel a hard board and coils. good bedding was provided - we slept on the duvets to not feel the hardness of the mattresses.

The location is perfect and the swimming pool. The unit itself is also nice with everything needed to have a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and always made sure we were comfortable.

Some maintenance and upgrades are needed. Examples Make sure all the glasses are the same 4 big ones and 4 small ones as an example Make sure there are enough kitchen utensils, forks, knifes spoons and tongs for the BBQ. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. The beds were very hard, Upgrading this will make a big difference. The electrical sockets in the main bedroom were not working, so we could not charge phones in the room.

Excellent location and views. Pool kept clean

Its been allowed to run down to a poor state of repair internally with badly patched doors , missing tv remotes, etc. Superficially cleaned but some kitchen cabinets infested with coackroaches living and long dead. Bedrooms ok but lounge and kitchen furniture abysmal. Cleaning staff friendly but honesty is sadly not a virtue you can count on. Pool decking a major trip hazard being raised artificial planking that has warped and broken mountings. Grounds, outer building and views very acceptable and this could be a really agreeable place to stay with just a bit more investment to bring it to current expectation.
