Good location. Nice beach.

Unit was not clean, walls, stove, kettle, microwave dirty. Stove trips mains when using it. Kitchen bin has no lid. Food spatters on cupboards from previuos guest. Large cockcroaches. Alot of litter on property that has not been picked up, as well as overflowing bin.

Beach front location was great. Internet WIFI working properly.

Utensils were worn out in the villa. Sink tap was not flowing well ( nozzle missing). Coffee table in the living room was broken. Lamp was fused in the living room. There was no adaptors for electrical appliances. Cupboard and drawers with broken handles. Glass cabinet with missing glass pane. Rooms door & toilet doors with broken fittings( aluminium lining coming out). Tiles on the pathways to rooms were slippery. Stairs to the room dirty & not properly maintained. Yard was filthy and lots of dirt & tissue papers scattered in the corridor to the pool. Pool deck was worn out & dirty. Pool edge was dirty and not maintained. Garden around pool very neglected and broken equipment thrown in the garden around the pool. Lots of eye sore next to the pump area. Lots of hazards in the yard. Would never recommend this property to anyone.

Apartments needs general maintenance. Bed was very uncomfortable. Towels were old and tattered.

Wi fi did not work

We stayed here for 12 nights. The property is beautiful both outside and inside. Great location in a serene environment, beachside view( property is on the beach), well maintained and clean apartments. They have housekeepers that clean the apartments everyday and change towels and beddings every other day. Sunita (housekeeper)was awesome, she sure does her job well. We also got an upgrade(cos our initial apartment was lacking a proper sea view)thanks to Irene. If you ever need to resolve any issue with management just ask for Irene, her customer service is top notch

My only issue was with Christine at the reception, she was mostly difficult to deal with. Poor customer service skills, needs to understand value of customers and importance of customer satisfaction.

Very close to the beach, private secured parking, free wifi, superb view from room, nice staff, clean rooms

Some repairs needed regarding the amenities(hot water for shower) A Dishwasher and dryer would be great to have
