Wir waren rundum zufrieden – alles hat gestimmt! Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet, liegt verkehrsgünstig (nicht weit von der Autobahn) und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich an die AnnaMaria bedanken,die uns sehr nett betreut hat. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

The room is comfortable and pretty

The staff did not clean our room on the first day, and we were not informed. After we asked, it was done, but no goodwill gesture was offered. We asked for an umbrella because it was snowing, and we were explicitly told to return it before leaving. I broke a cup in the bathroom and then received a message saying that I had to pay for it—which is understandable. However, the price of the cup was listed as 200 dinars in the room, but I was charged 600. The receptionist explained that the price lists are not up to date and that she could not offer any commercial gesture because the damages are apparently deducted from their salary. In short, the service was unprofessional and very disappointing.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Allerdings ist nur ein Getränk inklusive und es ist im (sehr guten) Restaurant, welches wie überall in Serbien das Rauchen erlaubt

Im ersten Zimmer (gegen den Hof) war es ausgesprochen laut, weil gleich daneben zwei Klimaanlagen liefen. Wir konnten aber problemlos in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen.
