Bad location false advertising

The rooms are old the painting so old they look like hostel not value for the money i spent. We got treated like we are kids,What you see on the internet are old photos,we even didn’t sleep we have to change the location.shower water not working so bad i wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.the callers staff are rude

Everything was perfect as a first time guest there and the quietness and Ruth was going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great, definitely coming back again mid June.

My only problem was the gate key I would appreciate each room has its own gate key because each time you had to go out, I have to call or message Ruth and even though that's part of her job and being someone who's also into Hospitality I understand how it feels, and waking up very early and have to call her to come open the gate, that's the only thing that I didn't like but I hope next time on my visit this would be sorted out.

Next time please have water.

There was no water, I couldn't use the toilet even the shower

The room was neat, the fact that there's a stove and stuff for cooking which you don't find it in other guest houses for me was exceptional.

The bed was not comfortable at all. For the past 3 or 4 times that I've slept there, the bed was not comfortable. I woke up very tired
