The apt is clean, quite comfortable, lacking proper light (unable to see properly in the kitchen during the night), had some issues with heating (resolved), it was quiet until the last day when turists arrived next door (that was really loud!), comfy beds, but poor pillows

At first, the impressions were not bad. Of the benefits left: elevator and underground parking.

Noise. Noise. Noise. The description of the hotel says "excellent soundproofing". This is a lie! We spent 10 days, of which we were able to sleep normally only 3-4. The neighbors would often party until 2 am. The staff offered to call somewhere. Then they promised to sort it out, but everything went on until the very departure. We came to rest in a family place in the mountains, not in Ibiza! I absolutely do not recommend!
