Beautiful property with lovely pool, great sitting out areas and other facilities (bbq, washing machine etc). Very friendly and helpful staff!

A few more basic essentials in the apartment would have been nice (salt, pepper, oil, soap etc). We left a few things but we got the feeling that everything was thrown away after each visit which is a real waste!

The place is super spectacular, very well connected to Pisa/Florence.... Really beautiful place, and the house is great with a lot of services (swimming pool, barbecue, private spaces....). We spent there 1 week and it fulfill our expectations.

Outdoor settings, good location accessible to many activities, great views, well appointed, swimming pool, easy check in. Welcome gift. Quiet.

No screen on the bathroom window for mosies, which negates the other rooms. little tricky to find. But just minor things really.

The location was great and sweeping views of the surrounding valleys was incredible! We loved that each apartment was allocated a group of sun loungers and an umbrella for the stay - made things really fair and you could always guarantee a spot by the pool. The pool was HUGE by the way! Communication was really good and they were so quick to rectify any niggly issues. The apartment itself was gorgeous and loads of space and options to sit and lounge. The gardens were so well looked after and there were some modern touches such as an electric car charging point. We cooked in the apartment every night!

It was HOT. The ceiling fan in one room wasn't working but it was okay at night if we kept windows open, but it was impossible to rest in the day. The other two bigger double rooms had a fan but it didn't do much and the guys staying in those rooms struggled to sleep and could've benefitted from having air con or at least a couple of stand alone fans to help. I also wanted to keep the apartment clean with cleaning products as we were cooking every day but was told that guests buy their own soap (I just wanted surface spray) so we ended up going without so it was a little work keeping the kitchen crumb-free! These are SUCH minor things though and overall we had the most incredible time and I'm already recommending the place to others!!!

Bathroom a bit outdated No oven in the kitchrn, but there was a bbq outside

We liked Amazing wiev, Big pool, chiling area.

In some hours durimg the day We didn’t have good Wi-fi. The villa shoul have air-condition, the ventilator is not enough.

Nice and clean apartment. Pool was cleaned daily. We were warmly welcomed and got good directions how to get there :) Good location to do daytrips around Toscana. Highly recomend this place!
