Clean and nice place. Really close to everything. The personal is very kind.

Fantastic new and modern hotel. Rooms were well equipped, safe and comfortable. The host of the hotel were very courteous, very accommodating and extremely helpful. The owner went out of her way to locate medication for my sister and bought it to the room. She assisted in getting parking for our van. The hospitality was tremendous, it made us feel the true Greek filotimo.

The location was excellent. Pool area was very good. Balcony with sea view was highly appreciated. Front desk very welcoming.

The bathroom was the least I could say unacceptable. There was an odor, which was very intense and unpleasant. The bathroom was very small, the shower was tiny with no curtain and we were provided with a mop to collect spilled water. Very unacceptable conditions. The amenities in the hotel were non existent. No possibility to order coffee or beverages. The pool area was lovely but only operating from 11-18. The room was not cleaned during our 4 night stay and I could not see where such policy was mentioned when booking.

Guests for the second time, location is close to everything, but quiet so perfect for both families and couples who like to relax.

Amazing Stay at Makris Luxury Rooms! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Makris Luxury Rooms in Leptokaria, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and shops. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Kelly and her mom, Katarina, for their warm hospitality. The amenities at Makris Luxury Rooms are top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the private balcony with stunning sea views and the well-maintained swimming pool. Overall, our stay at Makris Luxury Rooms exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Leptokaria and look forward to returning in the future.

Small hotel, very clean and good positioned, clsed to the beach and main street in Leptokarya. On top of that, very nice owner, always ready to help, give advices or simply to chat about small things.

The property was built a few years ago, and the furniture is of average quality. Towels and dishes are provided. There is a lot of parking space in front of the property. The pool is small but clean and sufficient for enjoyment. The terraces are spacious.
