The apartment was well equipped in a pleasant setting. We enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The ice machine was noisy! The freezer wasn't functioning to its capacity I.e. not cold enough.

"Massive rooms, clean, good location, pricey"

Location good, rooms big, beds comfy, free parking and a pool (although no time to use it on a work trip)

Doors didn’t feel too secure and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to check out pre9am

"Overall had a nice stay"

The staff was super responsive to our questions and concerns! The apartment was good for our needs and mostly met our expectations. Pool area was good and the resort provided beach chairs and umbrellas for customers to use which was amazing. One thing to keep in mind is stairs to reach your apartment & bring bags up.

There were boot footprints in our bathroom and leftover cooked chicken in the oven when we arrived.. Thankfully the staff was able to address our concern immediately. The beach isn't accessible from the hotel because of hurricane damage.
