Beach Club Self Catering Apartments

The location of the hotel was excellent and the pool facilities were great! The fact that it's so close to a beautiful private beach is awesome. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and the staff were really friendly.

The apartment that I originally booked didn't match what I got. The noise, the apartment is definitely not sound proof. We could hear every sound from the people above, every shower and toilet flush... The website states a breakage deposit of R1500, however reception charged R1800. When leaving you have to take inventory with one of the staff to ensure your deposit refund but we were told there isn't anyone to help us, so we not sure what happens to the deposit refund now.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, the sea view was beautiful and safety was excellent, l liked the kitchen and bedrooms.

The sitting room funisher was not comfortable , the apartment was cold and too plain, no maths in the passage or little bit of decor, the apartment is not homely and warm, there was no washing machine and braai stand.

The view standing on the balcony was breath taking,the location was excellent,the apartment was equipped with everything that you need.Staff was friendly & professional.Good value for money

Check in time is to late a special for us traveling from far & the whole day on the road.Most of the places check in time is at 14h00.They should consider the exhaust travels coming from afar
