Alkion Boutique Living

A wonderful place with hosts who have a big heart. We felt like we were among friends. The apartment is modern, equipped with everything you need. The hosts kindly offered us sweets and coffee for breakfast. The apartment is in a beautiful area, next to a bakery and the El Greco taverna, which is absolutely divine. The sea is just a 4–5 minute walk away, and there is also a small playground for children nearby. We felt incredibly welcomed and it was hard to leave. The area is located between Asprovalta and Stavros. Every evening, we would go for a walk between the resorts and explore the tavernas (less than a 10-minute drive). As for Nea Vrasna, I can say it is a quiet and relaxing place, especially suitable for families, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Thank you Stavroula & Anastasia, see you next year!❤️

The studio is very clean and very new, very well equipped with all necessary for such a small area - very good use of space to make it confortable for a couple of days. (Not a place to spend a whole week). Very close to the beach.

The noise - half of the building faces a road that is quite circulated (not heavily but enough to not allow a sufficiently good rest if you sleep with open windows - which we do as the AC is not very good for sleep). The noise from neighbours of the room - the terraces are not at all physically limited through a door/ glass wall/ natural plant wall, so you sit on the terrace as if you shared a restaurant with all neighbours - there is just a bunch of flower pots to separate the area of each studio on the outside balcony. If neighbours have a glass until midnight on their terrace, it is as if they drank just on yours - everything is so close. View - only half of the building faces a small street with flowers, the other half shares a view to a construction material warehouse and the circulated bigger street - not a very holiday relaxing atmosphere. So the place is very good on the interior but noisy overall and not very relaxing.

Објекат је нов и модерно опремљен. Кревет је удобан, кухиња је лепо опремљена (без рерне) и имају свој велики паркинг. Објекат јесте за препоруку за удобан боравак. Као неке детаље, ипак бих напоменуо да су собе мале и то што нема ормара мало прави гужву са стварима. Купатило је функционално, лепо и чисто, само мало. У сваком случају, добар смештај. Сто за ручавање је на тераси.

The property is new and very clean. Hotel like property with elevator and daily cleaning from the staff. Very peaceful location as well.
