Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και στην παραλία και έχεις άμεση πρόσβαση σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, εστιατόρια κλπ. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει κλιματιστικό, φούρνο με μάτια ,ψυγείο, σιδερώστρα, σίδερο, μπαλκόνι και απλώστρα, βραστήρα και κουζινικά σκεύη. Είμασταν 4 ενήλικες και ήταν άνετο. Υπήρχε θόρυβος από τον δρόμο αλλά όταν έκλεινες την μπαλκονόπορτα είχε καλή ηχομόνωση. Επίσης ήταν πολύ τακτική η αλλαγή κλινοσκεπασμάτων και πετσετών. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημά μας.

Excellent location, near everything, you need; thermal baths, restaurants, supermarket.  Big room with comfortable beds and kitchenette with utencils. And above all extremely nice warmly welcoming owner. Thank you, we hope to see again. 

First time we stayed here, we rented all rooms on the floor because we were a big company. Everyone was satisfied with the confort, rooms,, cleanliness. We came for a second time after a while and were also very pleased with the stay. Definitely will come again if we visit the village for another time.

The best place in Evia. The rooms are spacious, the hospitality is the most loving and homely, the location is perfect, everything is clean and the kitchen is indulgent

Excellent location, center near everything, sea, markets, restaurants, first floor with an elevator, really big studio, comfortable beds, white and clean bed linen, always hot water, large terrace, mosquito nets... but what sets this accommodation apart from the others is the extremely nice owner Janis! Helpful, he gave us a lot of information about interesting things in the city and the surrounding area. He has an irresistible smile and radiates positive energy! I'm glad I met him.

The studio is placed in a great location, which is in the center of the island, has everything around what you might need, the thermal baths are 5 mins walking and the street is silent. Additionally it has the utensils in case if you want to cook. We were with our infant and the kitchen was of a huge help for us.

The location is fantastic! Only one block away from where the ferry boat drops you off. Shops and grocery just downstairs and across the street. Lovely host and a great place to stay.

Nothing. I wouldn't have changed a single thing. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Convenient location in the center of the town. Very clean and tidy room with a great balcony. The size of the room was very satisfying.
