The hotel is very stylish, with a lovely pool area and helpful, friendly staff. We were able to check in 2h earlier and also check out was extended 2h. Poolbar with Drinks & Snacks during Poolhours available. Rooms are modern and clean, daily new Towels and room cleaning. The location is okay; the beach and Malia village are just a short walk away.

During our stay, there was construction work around the hotel. Our ground-floor room faced a parking lot where work was also taking place. The room amenities were rather basic: no tissue box, no lotion, no decent shampoo or body wash, two 500ml water bottles only provided at check-in, and Nespresso capsules were an extra charge. A simple breakfast for 10€ per person, which became somewhat monotonous after several days. The toilets by the pool/Lobby area are rather outdated and there is no changing room.
