West Lake Hotel - Near Bai Dai Beach

New, comfortable, clean...didn't see any staff after check-in. Not designed for a long stay. Poor location.

No obvious restaurants in vicinity = zero opportunity to readily eat. Room made a point for zero food to be consumed therein.

I booked a deluxe room, and two windows in the room overlooked the common areas. This wasn't indicated anywhere. I felt uncomfortable, dark, and stuffy. There is no elevator in the building, so we had to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs ourselves.

I like that it’s new

Very dirty and dusty😓 impossible to sleep in so dusty condition. They said they can’t clean simple tv dust and shelfs. Plus personal were not respectful. “It’s not 5 star resort, miss.” So if it’s not 5 star it allowed to be cockroaches at room and unheedingly dirty and not disinfected so you will get sick from past guests bacterias????!😬 It’s terrible.

The hotel is clean! The little pho shop next street!

The location is very bad!!! For a stay before going to the airport it's okay. But honestly not for more than a night it's a ghost town . Maybe the staff should talk about the little convenience store near the hotel I discovered it by myself the last night of my stay

They made sure to take our bikes in for the night.
