LTSpacious room with air conditioning. The best part was the balcony - you get the best view of the sunset. Only a few meters from the beach and local tavernas. The bus stop is also nearby.
The shower pressure was very poor and there was no handle for the shower head, so you had to hold it with your hands. Also, there could be more toiletries like shampoo or shower gel.
ITFotis and his family are amazing. Georgia (her daughter) is very professional and does everything to please the guests. Everything was perfect and we will return next year. Special people in a special place.... Don't listen to people who leave bad reviews just because they ask for an impossible discount that is not allowed on booking.

GRThe location is very convenient, the room was cleaned every other day, there was always hot water availability and the balcony has a great view! The balcony door was renovated with aluminum.
The first day we encountered bed sheets with dried stains on them. The toilet has an elevated wooden door which makes the sound easier to pass through, the toilet seat kept moving when you sat down and the sink was old of age. The front door was also wooden and could be opened from outside. There weren't any balcony shutters. Finally, right outside our room was a beehive.
GBSuperb location and friendly staff. The room with full sea view was extremely spacious with a good size balcony/terrace. Interrupted sea view even from your bed! Loved the resort, easily accessible to great beaches and 10 minutes by bus to the town

CAGreat location,30 yard for the beach ⛱️,they run a family taverna with the best home cooking and great value, they are centrally located on the beach walking distance to everything.and the sunset for our room.
AUI absolutely loved the location , it was in the most beautiful spot and so lovely to have the restaurant so close . My favourite spot in Greece .

USUSGBThe room was very spacious and had a sort of kitchenette corner with the kettle and fridge, and also some bits of cutlery, not many, which was not mentioned much in the room description when booked so it was a pleasant surprise to have. The room itself is a very basic accomodation as many typical in other greek islands, with very old furniture and not much functional doors and bits, but overall is a great accomodation, at least for us which we spent most of the time exploring the close beaches. The location is also great as you're practically on the Agios Prokopios beach, which is one of the best on the island, so location is top. And the view from the room at the sunset speaks for itself. The lady that manages all (taverna and studios) is also super kind.
We had to wait a bit for check in until the taverna, which is part of it opened, which it was at 2pm only, while here on booking the page states from 1pm, so it should be corrected. However that was not a big issue for us as just to wait on the shades, but it could be problem to someone not much flexible or with extra needs.
