Tolle Lage, Zentrumsnah, gute Straßenbahnanbindung, sehr geräumige große Zimmer , ruhig mit Blick auf Innenhof.

Das einchecken nur über eine App, möglich nur eine Stunde vor Ankunft ! Für ältere Leute ohne smartphone eine Katastrophe! Wir standen eine volle Stunde vor dem Eingang mit dem Gepaeck, hatten kein WLAN, Keine Tel, Verbindung ! Erst nach einer Stunde durch fremde Hilfe konnten wir nach tel, Übermittlung des Schlüsselcodes in das Appartement gelangen. Warum ist es nicht möglich schon 1-2 Tage vorab (wie wir es verlangt haben) den Schlüssecode über unsere email Adresse zu bekommen?

The location is great and the overall flow of the apartment.

cobwebs everywhere, no toilet cover on the toilet seat, the pillows are in bad condition, and the shower is not well kept. Also this Mr Neo thing is super annoying, I received a bunch of notifications before, during and after my stay, as well as the owner contacting me on Whatsapp. Super annoying!! I was there 26days ago and i still get notifs!
