la gentilezza ed accoglienza del personale

purtroppo quando sono arrivato il parcheggio era occupato, ed anche le strade adiacenti a causa di una festa organizzata nel hotel. Di consequenza non cera neanche la possibilita' di cenare. Direi che l'albergo dovrebbe avvisare che c'e' un'evento (e cosi uno potrebbe cambiare il posto)
