Hotel Reemz Beach Heaven , Anjuna

The only good thing was the location, parking and to some extent the room.

1.The Staff was Disappointing. They have 0 training or k knowledge of running a hotel. This place has so much potential if only the management would take some effort in training and grooming the staff. 2. Utter lack of facilities. Basics were lacking, there was not a single place in the room that pointed on how to call room service or reception. I had found a number on the key card which was unexpected. The wifi is so slow and out of range the entire time, rather some 2G network would be faster. Overall I would say, will never come back here and please don’t be fooled by the pictures in the booking section. its nothing like it, the pool is under renovation.

Just Room

There is no Restaurant inside, we have to go outside for eating .. light was going again n again not working properly,, pool is under maintenance ,, Room cleaning facility is to slow ..

The hotel is at one of the best locations in anjuna. Everything is available within 100 mts. Staff and the security guards were very polite n helpful

There was no restaurant available inside the hotel. Breakfast Buffet was very limited. Iron was not available they have a rate card for ironing clothes which was very inconvenient.

It’s pathetic that they are scamming people. Below I am attaching my room images that they gave. Room was dirty there was no cleanliness done. Bed sheets had stains on them, washroom was stinking and other guest hair was to be found the washroom was dirty. The shower tap was broken , Tv wasn’t working even after complaining like 4-5 times no action was taken like I shifted my hotel from Casa ahana to Reemz for better experience but it was pathetic I want my refund back.

absolutely nothing! our room was above 2 nightclubs, no toilet paper in the room, the wifi hardly worked, the staff were rude and not helpful and furniture in our room was stained. no hot water as well

everything, couldn’t have picked a worse place to stay!
