Easy to park car. Large outdoor pool and alfresco area. Large bedroom with good air conditioning.

There are no supplies in the room except toilet paper and some soap, although you do have a kitchen, no coffee or tea. There is no clarity around any of the breakfast options that you can apparently pay for. The area seems to lack immediate access to things like restaurants and cafes. We had to leave this area each day. No room service. Cloths line has flowers growing into it, also blocking the sun drying cloths. The sofa is an uncomfortable wall seat with a cushion. Cold shower, the water was not very hot for long.

The location was great. It offered great sunset views.

The hospitality was terrible. While the check-in time was supposed to be between 7-10 am according to the listing, we arrived around 11:30 am and the room was not ready yet. We left and came back around 1 pm and the room wad still not ready. The host neither apologised nor offered us another room to change or leave our stuff. In addition to that, when we finally entered the room we found the towels of the previous guests inside the room. Last but not least, the rooms didn’t have their own wifi and the signal from the reception room was not working inside the room.

We had a great stay at Elenis. It’s a beautiful place, everywhere you look you see a nice view of the sea and the sunset. The apartment was spacious, beds were very comfortable, everything you needed was there. We had an ocean view studio, so every morning you wake up to ocean sounds. The owner is a very kind lady, very welcoming. Supermarket and town centre are closeby.

There was a van but no Airconditioning in the room.

Eleni and her staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic - truly felt like a home away from home. Despite our last-minute reservation that we made about an hour before arriving at the hotel, Eleni prioritized that our room would be made ready ASAP and invited us to enjoy a coffee on the beautiful terrace during a very brief wait. Born and raised on the island, she is a wealth of information and a very warm and welcoming host. The facilities are beautiful - quiet, clean, well-maintained, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable for a family, including a kitchenette stocked with all the utensils you need to cook small meals. The sunset views were amazing! The pool was excellent and the hotel is a short walk from 2 beaches, a supermarket, bakery, several restaurants and the main square of Arkasa, a very pleasant town.

No complaints -- we loved our stay and will recommend warmly to friends and family!

The room was huge, including a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen. Everything was really clean. We bring slippers and it’s always interesting to look at the soles are after walking around the room. In this case they were perfectly clean, which is very unusual. The pool was great; the location on the water was wonderful with amazing sunset views; Eleni was super friendly and helpful; there was a market 100 yards/meters away; the area had a lot of cool bars and restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk and the overall vibe was very relaxed, low-key and authentic. We plan to come back for a longer stay! The island is also fantastic with amazing scenery, picturesque villages, incredible beaches and (at least in June) was uncrowded with little traffic.

Excellent location. Superb view from sunset apartment. Very quiet. Clean apartments and grounds. Appreciated the little extras (shampoo,shower gel, cotton balls/ear buds)
