"It was a cute apartment , comfortable. But they did not tend to their customers as well as they could’ve."

Location was good

Wifi didn’t work. Room was not ready for check in at 3pm. Staff did not help with wifi when we asked for help. Buttt They did tell me they would refund me 50 dollars.

Beds were comfy, pool accessible at any time, good location, received towels when asked for clean ones

We were expecting a stove in the room (since the description said kitchenette) but got an electric 2 burner. Our trash stayed out the door for more than 2 days. Couch was not a "sofa bed", it was a sectional that didn't work too well for someone who's 6ft tall since the couch was parted in sections
