Nice location, free parking, very friendly staff, cool pool, nice terrace, if you are able to select room pick ones on top floor, you have amazing view. I would really once again say that lady in front desk is very friendly.

All ok, just everything is extra. One roll of toilet paper, one bag for trash, i was in apartments where you got also two tablets for dishwasher included, hallway needs renkvation, but overall all ok. There is posibility for little improvements.

Large space, big livingroom with Kitchen.

Unfortunately our Room was facing the pool. The rooms on the higher level have a great view on the lake.

The apartment was perfect for meeting with friends and the large terrace meant we could enjoy the lovely weather and view!

More toilet roll - 2 for a family of 4 for 5 nights wasn’t enough. Could have also done with a couple of dishwasher tablets etc

Pool not heated but we did know that before hand

Bit of a walk into Malcesine centre but that is just a comment not a complaint. If the weather had been better we probably wouldn’t have noticed it?

Nice swimming pool and garden. Spacious, clean apartment (although simple).

What causes the rather low score is the staff. We only stayed for two nights and prior to our arrival we were contacted on WhatsApp regarding our arrival time, which is fine I guess, although I would have preferred contact through booking.com messaging. The checkout is already at 09:30, yet the evening before departure they contacted us again to ask when we would be out of the apartment. It certainly did not feel us as valued costumers and in general I don’t want to spend my vacation time on messaging two evenings with the staff. Shortly after we had checked out we received two photos on WhatsApp showing the shower in the bathroom with no further explanation. I asked what was wrong but never received an answer. We will not return another time.
