Deluxe apartments at the Congress

Accommodation in the center of restaurants and events. Swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, great service. Apartment with kitchen and refrigerator.

Only location is good

Staff in the hotel & location are really great ! Balcony is very good, there is a partly ocean view only from balcony.

1.Internet doesn't work here, if you need it, avoid this offer. 2. Room is for 2 adults, not for 4 adults. 3. Dirty, old, & demaged equipment. I really don't understand how someone can offer the apartment in low conditions. It is a questions of some $.... 4. Washdisher is out of order.

The location

The elevator was out of service for almost the days of our reservation, the common areas smelled like dead fish, the wifi was terrible

The bed was uncomfortable, and the elevator was down the majority of our 4 night stay

Love how close it was to the beach. View from the pool was amazing

It was quite loud neighbourhood. If you are a deep sleeper there wont be a problem

Staff is really awful especially guy on a front desk who obviously hate people and his job. Nobody is answering on your requests.

The apartment is a good size for 4 people, have all amenities that we need, it is in an excellent location, by the sea and close to delicious restaurants and bars, near great tourist places.

We knew it wasn't a hotel, it was explained exactly what the system was like and it worked exactly as explained. Just one thing, we were 3 women in 4 days and only 2 rolls of paper were left, we had to buy more. Other than that, we didn't miss anything, everything was great, excellent value for money.

Location, room. Don't know why there are so many bad reviews. For this price, it is a very good place to stay.
