"Calm, comfortable and perfect location."

Location is perfect if you want to be close to all the restaurants, shops etc in La Punta :) Also super close to the beach. Even though it's close to all the restaurants and some bars, it's not loud when you go to sleep since everything in La Punta closes at 23. Chris (staff) was super sweet and helped us with everything we needed. He is very friendly and will make sure all of needs are met :) It was calm environment, people were friendly <3

"Peaceful location but close to everything"

The hotel is close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Close to the beach - about 3 mins walk. The space was big. There was hot water in the shower. Drinking water was supplied. Check in was so easy - we were met at the gate and taken straight to the room and given the keys. No big long check in process. wifi was decent for video calls etc. Pool was big. Chris was helpful and communicative. Aircon worked well, but only needed the fans during the night.

It looked like the place had seen better days, so maybe a little more TLC. However, overall it was comfortable and clean and we did consider extending our stay.

"A little run down for price"

The location on punta Escondido was great. Easy check in. Staff was nice and helpful. Close to everything but quiet. They have a nice pool and outdoor area. The room was large with a separate bedroom. Nice and clean . Internet was great.

No hot water which didn’t bother us but may be an issue with others. The place shows some wear and tear with marks on walls, empty planters (?), slow drains. The rooms are down a narrow spiral staircase which could be difficult for some.

"Fine but wouldn’t return, not good value for money"

Location was quite good and bed was big. They were flexible with check out times.

The room was very dark and the bathroom was permanently wet. They really need to upgrade their towels and give the place some love as it just felt very outdated. Our room overlooked a noisy construction site and to access it was a rickety spiral staircase.
