The bed was comfy, and the location was great. The (paid) breakfast was quite okay. There was option to store the luggage after check-out. The wi-fi was working.

The hotel was noisy, with noise from the outside, corridor, and the next room. The room was very small for two people, with no wardrobe. The bathroom was small, with broken facilities (e.g. towel hangers, toilet paper hanger), no shelf to put your cosmetics on, and terrible noise from and old ventilator. On the first evening there was no hot water in the shower. The heating was working capriciously. I asked for an extra blanket from the front desk, but the receptionist refused, he didn't have the access to the storage room; I received the extra blanked later. The receptionist was talking on the phone most of the time or was absent from the front desk. All in all, a terrible stay, and I'll be avoiding this hotel from now on.

Just the location was perfect

Facilities and cleanless needs improvment. There was lack of hot water, It was just about warm.

The room was spacious and had heating/air-con. There were two towels in the single room and quite a big wardrobe. There was a kettle. The staff was super friendly; I could borrow iron and use common space for ironing. Also, the breakfast option was nice (paid, 30 pln or 7 eur). The location right by the market square was superb. My washing basin was blocked up, but I reported it to the staff and it was cleaned within a few hours.

No elevator. No toiletries, only soap that didn't really foam. Very small shower cabin. Not a single shelf in the bathroom to place the cosmetics on. Not a single hook in the room to put your coat, scarf, hat etc. No soundproofing, so everything from the corridor and other rooms could be heard; my room was next to the Ukrainian refugee family with a small child that was running, screaming and making noise as late as 10 PM.

The room and especially bathroom was not renovated recently or maybe qand a little bit dirty.

Good location, great staff at the reception going beyond to fulfill my needs.

Run down rooms, could be cleaner, shame that for such a great location the hotel does not get renovated.

Renovation. It wouldn't hurt to make some cosmetic repairs: fix the doors somewhere, screw in the towel holders,

"If you need to spend the night urgently, the hotel is good. The staff is excellent, no complaints. . The location is excellent. Right in the center."

Ants roam in the room. The additional bed has a terrible mattress. Renovation hasn't been done for a long time, and cleaning is superficial.
