"I didn’t stay the night due to the condition of the room"

Nothing,

we booked a room which was for 4 people we had 1 very large room with 4 child size beds. The beds had no covers on and contained hair and stains like they hadn’t been washed The room was freezing and the heater didn’t work. The shower was dirty so we decided to complain we went to the desk and waited for 30 minutes for someone to see to us and no one showed. We then got our bags and left the hotel
