SEEBADHOF Berlin-Rangsdorf

It's a nice, roomy and well equipped place. We loved spending our time with the family in this location. Close to a train station and to a lake. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

We liked everything.

It was very quiet neighborhood. Free street parking and shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful lake in walking distance. Everything available for cooking, cleaning, comfy beds. The apartment was very clean and the host very friendly.

It could use an air conditioner. It got very hot and only few windows had a mosquito net that you could keep open. There were lots of mosquitoes. The dishwasher did not work properly - dishes did not get clean at all. Would be nice with some spices for cooking - not very environmentally friendly that everyone has to buy all and leave them behind. It would be nice to have soap and bodywash in the bathroom - there was only a tiny hand soap bar (like in a hotel) and a very small bottle of body wash for all of us.

The communication with the host was very clear and, consequently, check-in and check-out were very smooth. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment upgrade and appreciated the flexibility with our checkout time, making our stay much more comfortable. The location has a great balance – close enough to drive to the highway and a major shopping mall, with easy commuting to Berlin, but in the heart of a very nice calm village. There are a few restaurants, a grocery store, and a stunning lake nearby, all within walking distance. The house is renovated, but it retains its old-world charm through subtle interior details and well-chosen furnishings. The apartment is spotless, the beds are very comfy, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The outdoor space is also very nice, with plenty of room, clean surroundings, and secure parking. Plus, there's garden furniture, a grill for BBQs, and a huge green backyard that was especially appreciated by our young football player. We would like to thank the host for the hospitality, we enjoyed our stay in your lovely home!

Very nicely renovated property, very approachable staff doing the outmost to fulfill wishes. We got an upgrade for a little fee which was really great.
