We stayed for 3 nights for our 25th wedding Anniversary. Beautiful clean and quiet place . Home cooked breakfast All the facilities were on point. Host was very friendly and made our stay super special.

The property was immaculate clean, very good facilities, great location, not far from the beach and good restaurants. Most of all Nikos the owner and his wife Rania were the best hosts we have ever come across. Nothing was a problem for them and their local knowledge of things to do and see was 10 out of 10, everything they recommended to us was absolutely perfect… We will 100% be back in the near future 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The host is incredibly welcoming and always available if needed. Everything was spotless — you can tell he takes great pride in his properties, they’re like his little gems. The room is very well organized, everything is thoughtfully arranged and in its place. The pool is clean and large — such a pleasure to use! We only stayed two nights, but had we known how great it was, we would have come here from the very beginning! He truly deserves an 11 out of 10!

We had such high hopes after reading the reviews, but actually had a terrible experience staying here. Firstly, it´s very far from luxury, everything is from Ikea. We treated ourselves to the best room, the ´´King Suite´´ - the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were OK, but to get to the upstairs bedroom you had to navigate a tiny and very dangerous spiral staircase which had no safety protection - my husband fell and hurt his leg going down it. The upstairs bathroom wasn´t functional - OK to use the toilet but nothing else - with exposed dirty pipes. Breakfasts were really poor - the only options were eggs (either fried or omelette - one day I requested scrambled eggs which I was told they didn´t know how to make but would try ... they were inedible - deep fried and over-salted), cheap sliced bread from a packet and jam. One cleaning was included during the whole stay, not daily like they claim. The location was very isolated, and the apartments right next to other local houses so no privacy - it cost €50 to get to Oia in a taxi. Nico, the owner, was only interested in making money, trying several times to sell us cruises for €150 per person, and spending time with another couple there who took him and his wife out to eat every night! The swimming pool was really dirty, with yellow stains all around the edges and always full of dead insects, plus the sunbeds were filthy. We shared a bottle of wine with our lunch one day and he accused us of ´drinking all day´ so we felt totally judged by him!! We actually ended up leaving a day early because he became extremely agressive, calling and messaging myself and my husband non-stop accusing us of having broken the bathroom door and trying to make us pay €800!! We did absolutely no such thing and completely respected the property, as we have done with all the properties that we´ve stayed in around the world. In short, Nico completely ruined our dream holiday to Santorini so be careful with him

Great place for a romantic getaway. The hosts are super polite and helpful and won't think for a second to go above and beyond in helping the guests. Nikos especially is very welcoming with great suggestions on things to do in Santorini
