Nikos and his wife were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very peaceful .

The property was very clean, comfortable and romantic. We enjoyed walking to Black Sand Beach and the picturesque scenery all around. The hosts were amazing! They were truly salt of the earth.

everything was PERFECT

absolutely beautiful suite, even better than expected, great location, you can get a very quick bus to Thera or Perissa, and the bus stop is only a few minutes walk away, so very conveniently located, Nikos and his wife are lovely hosts, very kind people, they always make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, there is a reasonably priced mini bar, a cooked breakfast every morning and also housekeeping service, i would definitely recommend staying here, you will love it!

lovely breakfast, friendly owner and staff, free and easy. Location-wise, it’s not so central at tourists spots though it’s easy to rent a car, ATV buggy or motorcycle to easily get to wherever you want around Santorini, hence its a quiet and lovely location at least for us. Public transport isn’t convenient from this location, maybe around 3mins walk to bus stop. Will recommend for tourists who like to stay in a quiet area away from bustling hotel areas, but still can access tourists spots by driving.

Mr. Nikos was the most perfect host my wife and I have encountered in all our travels! He explained everything to us, arranged for a taxi pick up from ferry terminal and also drop off at the airport. he arranged for a rental car to be dropped off and picked up at the suites. He recommended local eating places for us and even phoned in reservations. If there was a rating higher than 10 I would give it. Room was very clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette, patio, and jacuzzi. Unfortunately because of a relatively short stay and much to see we did not use the jacuzzi or kitchen.

The location is a bit remote and outside walking distance of main areas but no problem with a car rental which was €50 per day. It was about a 15 min drive to Fira.
