За таку ціну — все дуже ок. Заради цікавості прочитала всі відгуки, можу сказати, що господар працює над помилками, бо все було виправлене, що писали люди. Ніяких тарганів/мишів/чупакабр не бачили. Зручно, близько до парку Шевченка (менше 20 хвилин насправді). Недалеко зупинка, поруч ринок, мінімаркет та аптека.
