Domus Cilento - Residence con piscina

We loved the spatious apartment, the fantastic, clean and well kept pool and gardens, the beautiful view and proximity to Santa Maria by foot.

Not much. You need to be mindful of doing a bit of essentials shopping at the beginning for the kitchen etc. But also consider the value for money you are getting with these apartments. We're very happy staying here and will be back I'm sure.

Vista spettacolare. Bella piscina, ben tenuta. Appartamento abbastanza pulito, un po' di segni di usura.

Scomodo arrivare in paese a piedi, bisogna attraversare la provinciale senza passaggi pedonali.

Ottima posizione, il panorama stupendo

Di sicuro da migliorare l’aria condizionata,un solo split per tutto l’appartamento veramente troppo Poco.

The views are amazing, the garden surroundings are beautifully maintained and the swimming pool area is clean, fresh and a pure oasis. There is plenty of parking (a car is needed) and the beach is a 15min walk down hill or 5min drive. There is paid parking near the beach. The nearest supermarket is also 15min walk away and the town centre is super cute with a large piazza, and full of small shops, restaurants and ice cream saloons. On top of the hill (10min drive uphill) is the old town Castellabate and well worth a visit. Once there, you can walk up to the castle through lovely, tiny, little narrow streets which are a must, so gorgeous.

The actual apartment is quite dated. An old sofa, TV and kitchen unit are all in one room, with not much space, but the patio outside is huge and makes up for it with a large plastic table and chairs and sun loungers and washing rack. There are two washing machines in the complex in a small laundry room which is shared. The rooms and bathroom are basic, the mattresses rock hard sadly. The plug sockets are limited and some were hanging loose of the wall. No toiletries, washing up liquid or bin bags provided. There is WiFi but the tv only has one or two channels for those who like to watch tv.

- La résidence pleine de charme et disposée en terrasses ; - La situation géographique exceptionnelle avec beaucoup de points d'intérêts dans un rayon de 150 kms ; - La gentillesse du personnel sur place (Sara et Marco) ; - Le climat exceptionnel (chaud, mais bien aéré par la petite brise venant de la mer Tyrénienne) ; - Le confort de la literie et la présence d'un cinquième lit individuel afin d'éviter de déplier le divan-lit.

- Il manque une deuxième salle de bain qui serait très pratique pour un appartement de 5 personnes ; - L'extrême lenteur de la route nationale entre Agropoli et Battipaglia (pour rejoindre l'autoroute) qui fait perdre beaucoup de temps pour les excursions ; - Les nombreuses guêpes sur la terrasse en matinée.
