The Gardens are fantastic and extreme;y relaxing pool area

It's not easy to say what we didn't like as the stay was fantastic. The only criticism I can say would be the usual problem of people "reserving" sunbeds.

The beautiful garden and pool gave us a dreamy vacation. This place is perfect for a family with small children. The host and staffs are friendly and the room is kept clean.

it was our 2nd stay at this hotel and for sure will come back because it is just paradise :) Clean room, perfect pool, great breakfast and super friendly staff.

We would definitely recommend it for family holidays, staff was very friendly, the pool is great from 0 to 190 depth, with a space for everyone. The rooms have everything you need, kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was great for us with fresh orange juice :) The WiFi in the rooms could be better but outside the range is OK. Nearby are 3 sandy beaches, with 7min walking distance and a we loved ice creams at 'TO PAGOTO'. We got taxi from airport arranged by Kiki :)

We had a family room and A/C unit is only in the bedroom, it had to be ON all the time we were inside the make acceptable temp in the living room where the children slept. Me and my son got some mosquito bites but my husband and daughter none, good to have a post bite gel.

Everything was great! The pool was just amazing (very big) and the garden very beautiful with all flowers. Plenty of sunbeds. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Comfortable beds, powerful AC, enough kitchenware and espresso machine in the room with daily refill. 5-10 min walk to two different beaches and the bus to Chania, restaurants and mini markets very close.

A little paradise, beautiful fragrant gardens surrounding a big pool, definitely for someone looking for a quiet and greener place. Location is perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants in area, short walk to 3 different beaches, also super easy to get to Chania using local buses. Room was spacious and clean, lovely hosts always there for you if you needed something.

The staff were all absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay really lovely. They were brilliant with our children (1 &3) and made us feel welcome and at home. The children's playground was fun for them and the hotel is a very short walk from 3 excellent and family friendly beaches. The bus was easy to get to Chania and only took 10 mins - there was plenty of space for our double pram. The hotel arranged, airport taxis, trips and car hire for us and all were really well organised.
