Beautiful very clean self contained apartment. Gardens were very well taken care of. Near to shops restaurants and beach in Matagorda. Lovely pool and seats. Lovely little pool bar with snacks and food and drinks. Everyone so friendly Parking spaces outside Bike rack inside gate. Towels were changed 3 times in our week long stay. Thanks

We didn't need it but probably in the summer heat you would definitely need air con.

Really friendly place nice pool and a bar which is ran by Dave who has the best food , chat and drinks . It’s a hidden gem .

The bungalow was clean and sheets were hotel standard..the neighbours I met.

First of all we didn't get a bungalow with pool view that booking.com advertised. We got message from owner bungalow no.6..no access code so we waited outside gated complex for someone to come out to gain access..bungalow 6 did not have pool or garden view..but faced on to a fence and a road behind..owner away on holidays only staff were the couple that run the pool bar I was devastated very upset they rang owner to tell her I wasn't happy all she could say was nothing she could do about changing us to pool view maybe in couple of days one might become available knowing this wasn't going to happen. We were only there for a week..Four days later owner came back she has a little office to side of pool no reception in this complex talking with her she blamed booking.com I had my reservation pool view with me..she never offered an apology..Then I told her how the barman wouldn't give us two wine glasses as there were none in bungalow night before if we bought wine we could have the glasses..luckily our neighbours gave us a loan of theirs.. This is a complex of 24 bungalows 5 of them have pool view if you don't want to face onto a fence and road don't take any nos.from1..to 10..most of the elderly people there stay two months in winter so they get priority to pool view..the location is away from main area of shops and bars we had to get bus which you could be waiting 30mins for or taxi. Sea was very rough up here compared to puerto de carmen..Actually the back of this bungalow is the entrance and the patio area is looking out onto hotel across the road so you would have a hard job trying to see pool..

The lady in reception was so helpful unfortunately I don’t remember her name! She organised a taxi transfer to the airport for us when, due to a mix up, we missed our coach.

Everything was excellent.

Lovely location, lovely bungalow, friendly staff & Learma on reception was extremely efficient & friendly. Special request I submitted was also acted upon. Lovely place lovely staff & lovely location . Nice wee bar and staff too , bonus it’s open out of season, well done all!
