Cucu Hotel El Cuyo

Das kleine hübsche Hotel war die richtige Wahl für die letzten Tage unserer Rundreise durch Yucatan. Dort konnten wir nochmal entspannen und die Annehmlichkeiten genießen. Es hat uns gut gefallen, auf unserem Balkon (im zweiten Stock) zu sitzen und durch die Palmen zum Meer zu sehen. Die Dusche war geräumig und bot ebenfalls einen schönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Das Bett war überaus bequem, die Einrichtung war toll aufeinander abgestimmt und es roch gut im Zimmer. Auch war es herrlich, in der Strandbar unter Palmen zu sitzen und das Frühstück zu genießen. Man konnte täglich aus mehreren Optionen wählen, alles war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank nochmal an das gesamte, nette Personal!

El Hotel es hermoso, con servicio muy personalizado, limpieza excepcional, alimentos frescos y de primera calidad, la ubicación es excelente y salimos 100% satisfechos de haber elegido este Hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Communication was a bit of a struggle as I don't speak Spanish, and the staff spoke limited English.

Très belle surprise ! L’appartement est spacieux, la salle de bain très jolie et agréable. Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin. Mention spéciale également au petit déjeuner, qui est un vrai plus. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Le prix est un peu élevé

Belle Qualité des chambres , personnel extrêmement gentils , très bon déjeuner avec un très bon service , j'aurais aimer prolonger mon séjour , juste un wow

The room was spacious and well appointed

The beds are uncomfortable There was an annoying blue light in the room and the fridge was very noisy. The breakfast was ok The restaurant closed at random times and if it odd there was nowhere to get anything. They wouldn’t allow us food by the pool There’s nowhere to sit indoors to eat which is not good if it is windy The pool area is at the front of the hotel and a bit depressing. The beach is separated by a road.
