Great location, nice living space

The bed was a little uncomfortable and unfortunately there were bare minimum amenities, no salt/ pepper/ soap/ shower gel

The balcony. A series of books to read about France. Some French novels. The Canard Enchaîné. Plenty of plates etc. although due to the heat we didn’t use much. The fact that the WIFI code was displayed so we didn’t have to ask for it. The television was simple and functional.

Considering the heatwave one of the fans should have been in the apartment; when I belatedly requested a fan I was told to take one from the basement where there were actually four.

Everything was very old and worn out.

Very close to the beach, with all you need for a comfortable stay. You get access to the washing machine and the dryer, which made our stay very comfortable

Fabulous location, plenty of room for 2 and well equipped. Check in times were great too.

It really needs a shower curtain and/or the shower needs to be adjustable.

We had difficulty finding the place because we didn’t realize the entry is located on a pedestrian-only street, so the GPS kept sending us in circles. The apartment itself is fine, located 3 floors up. It’s a wooden stairway which always bothers me for fire safety concerns. There was only one key which meant I had to lock my wife in to nap while I went to the nearby Carrefour Express (another fire safety issue). The owner provided a second key the next day. There may be free parking nearby, but I ended up paying about €30 a day to park in a public garage. We had to supply our own salt and pepper, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper (there was insufficient amount for 3 people two days), coffee and sugar. The cups and glasses were all small capacity, i.e., about 1/3 the size of a normal cup of coffee.
