"Liked the staff, disappointed with the shower"

Loved the staff - really nice and helpful The room was nicely presented and was spacious

The shower. The shower did not work properly and I was forced to try to bathe by laying on the bath tub, which makes washing your hair quite difficult. Worst of all is that there was no hot water available for that. It really ruined my experience. For me, the quality of the shower is of the upmost importance, and simply not being able to have a hot (or even warm) shower for the only night I stayed there was really awful
