Good location, pool.

Fridge was smelly at the arrival, but after we turned it on and it got cold it was ok. Appartment should be cleaned by yourself before leave.

The apartment was everything that we expected, well equipped & furnished. Julie on reception was brilliant upon our arrival answering all & any questions. Safe & secure parking 3 minute walk away. A fantastic location for us to be based at, we used the trains to go to Antibes, Nice & Villefranch sur mer, train station 15 minute walk. Big hypermarket was 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. A great selection of restaurants pretty much on the doorstep.

There’s nothing really to mention besides the location

Rude, unprofessional stuff, dirty, smell, they’re “cleaning “ everything with vinegar, and let it sit, so if you want to use the kettle, of a spoon, you better double check. Very minimalistic, apparently, they’re not responsible for anything besides one garbage bag and a roll of toilet paper, as they said, it’s normal, but it’s the only place in Villeneuve that does so, no frying pan, they expect you to have every with you, soap, sponge, and if you want to cook, good luck, only one big cooking pot for everything. Internet? Forget about it, unless you ask the staff for the code, which is limited to the amount of devices, and you still have to hope that there’s no holiday, the staff doesn’t care at all, they just leave and wont even respond to the mails, they hope for you to go and get the simcard and call them. And as I mentioned, very unprofessional didn’t care at all about the problems, cared only about collecting the city tax. Not even a sorry for this, nothing that you’ll get. A tip for the owner, replace the receptionist with AI, same and will actually solve the problems, and not taking extra days of vacation and leave the place unattended.

Great location and value for money. Garage parking is good and very secured. Easy access to the apartment from Parking garage. The beach is in front of the apartment. Nice restaurants near by. Reception is very kind and helpful.

Overall the facilities are good. Basic things like handwash soap. dish washer liquid and scrubber should have been provided. I feel these are important for hygiene. Anyhow we managed to buy these items in near by shop. This is not a problem!

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and good size balcony. Great value for money, opposite the beach and near food shops and bars & restaurants.

Building is locked during early afternoon (unless your already checked in) which isn't ideal when arriving from the airport with a suitcase. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
