Reception opening hours vary depending on the season. In July and August, reception is open from Sunday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 20:00. In May, June, September and October, it is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and on Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. During the winter period, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Guests planning to arrive outside standard check-in hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance. The price includes accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen including one bath mat and one dishcloth, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to five devices, charges and taxes excluding the tourist tax and application fee, access to the pool area, sports grounds excluding tennis and archery, and standard entertainment such as fitness sessions, contests and evening activities. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for dishes and the kitchen area. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Payment is accepted by credit card only. The heated outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool, located near the La Calade restaurant, measure 270 m² with a depth of 1.60 m and are open from April until the end of the Toussaints school holidays. The aquatic area is accessible throughout the season with an access card and is open from 1 May to 15 September. Water slides, the wave pool and the jacuzzi are available from 15 June to 15 September. Activities around the pool are operated independently from Pierre and Vacances services. The La Calade swimming pool is fully operational and heated. The residence can accommodate vehicles up to 2.10 metres in height. Access is not permitted for motorhomes, caravans, mobile homes, tipper trucks or similar vehicles. Please note that the La Calade restaurant and the supermarket will not be open this summer. Food trucks will be available to provide catering services. The children’s club, managed by the co-ownership, will also remain closed this summer.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
