Sea view, short drive to Saint Tropez, very nice and romantic surroundings, a lot of tools in the kitchen, many of them are new, high pressure hot water, lots of spaces to organize our stuff.

The working hour of the reception desk, we received repeated emails saying it’s until 19:00 but in fact it was until 18:00. We arrived at 18:30, there was still a lady inside very impatient and left us waiting standing in the dark until she finishes her work, turned off all the lights locked all the doors and went outside, opened the mailbox and gave us the keys. She could have done it in a better way. During the working hours the other lady at the reception was nice and kind. The double bed is a bit narrow, feels like 135-140cm.

Access door was broken at night despite having right code and so we needed to walk 25 mins to our apartment. Inside the apartment beds were not made, was dirty, and water smelt bad. Terrible experience

Yes it's a tad tired, yes we were early in the season so it was all still being tidied up but where else can you sleep a family of 5 with 3 grown up kids aged 16 to 20 for 90 euro a night. It had really comfy beds, the sleep 6-7 apartment had bunk room plus main bedroom plus sofa bed in lounge. Really roomy, worth the extra for med view balcony

You need a car for everything. There’s no service at all. The apartment needs to be refurbished. The toilet smells bad. All the kitchen appliances are at the end of the.

The view was amazing.

The day before arrival we were informed there would be no reception. The complex had no discernable signs to direct us to the reception area which was a long way away from the gate. The map given to us to find our accommodation required a microscope to read it because it was so tiny and blurry. No clear instructions for parking were given and none of it was very close to the room. No reception when we checked out. Several harrassing emails about paying a sub-10 Euro visitor tax (despite responding with calls and emails to sort it out - of course no one was there to answer the phone), They threatened legal action (laughable) without even providing a way to pay it (even after we had responded and requested it) Bring your own toilet paper. It wasn't in a great state of repair - Both showers leaked on to the floor, holes in the walls Most of this I would have overlooked if it wasn't for the exceedingly poor customer service.

Our stay was severely disappointing due to several concerning factors. The room was very dirty, and to our shock, we encountered a rat that not only invaded our space but also helped itself to the food on our table during our first night. This was an unsanitary and distressing experience, to say the least. Our hope was for a comfortable and clean stay, but regrettably, our experience fell far short of even the most basic standards. Such conditions and staff demeanor seriously marred our visit, leaving us thoroughly disappointed. We strongly advise the hotel management to address these cleanliness issues and staff conduct to prevent such distressing situations for future guests. As compensation, they offered us 10% off the next stay, which seems unfair to me, because we will never stay in this hotel again. Very bad attitude towards customers!! This experience greatly marred our stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others!!
