the activities were great for the family beautiful mountains

the condo appliances were in bad condition and the furniture in the living room area was out of date and didn’t make it feel homey

property location and views are amazing. but…it’s very very dated and needs updating all around. exterior and interior. beds comfortable. staff very friendly. Coyote restaurant was delicious.

showers don’t give enough hot water for 5 people to shower. shower curtain liners were gross and in need of replacement. coaches not comfortable and you sink in- need replacing. indoor pool poorly ventilated and burns your eyes if chlorine just being in the room. nothing open for coffee before 8am. quiet hours not followed and very noisy on the weekends. no one to enforce quiet hours. valley pub food not good. trash bags left in hallways while staff was cleaning is gross.
