Place was great, very roomy.

Cafe opened before 7am across the road, then turned into a bar till early hours of the morning. Very noisy from early to late

the apartaments are very close to downtown

Very clean, location, well appointed apartment, staff, A/C, WiFi, TV channels, spacious, secure , and owners very helpful to our needs and requests for items to add to kitchen (toaster and coffee maker).

Everything was great! I was a bit nervous about a few recent and negative reviews I read, they were totally unwarranted. This property was delightful.

Highly recommended! We stayed at apartment D, 3 adults and 2 kids, 2 washrooms, plenty of beds, spacious. Washer, dryer and bonus - you can use the clothing line. The location is great, close to city. The facilities include a parking lot. Isaias is super friendly, always willing to help out - a great host!

There is bar/ bakery near the property could get loud at times…

A bad experience welcome us at Costa & Isaias Apartmentos receiving an apartment with a moldy ceiling due to a water leak. The air was unbreathable. Despite our alert at check in we spent 2 hours of our holiday discussing with the owner by phone who arrogantly didn’t provide us a solution that corresponded to the cost of the reservation, forcing us to squeeze in 10 of us in an apartment for 7 people. Also embarrassing not to have a figure with whom you can speak in English!!
