Zona per noi sporca e non andiamo oltre 😐😐,Bagno molto vecchio ,da tanto tempo non vedevo una doccia così ,😐😐solo il box doccia tra l'altro piccola 🙈🙈 ,tendaggi sporchi , l'aria condizionata funzionante ma non sufficente per raffreddare , molto caldo per fortuna solo 3 giorni , ( inconveniente che per colpa nostra giustamente pagato )

La localisation

La climatisation n'est pas suffisante pour refroidir l'appartement, la température dans l'appartement monte au dela de 30° en journée, le soir il faut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, mais le logement surplombe un bar qui fer a 3h du matin... La literie n'est pas confortable, le ménage est a revoir.

The location is great, there is an elevator, and the ac is a must during summer this house will offer you that. Also the checking in was easy and they allowed us to check in earlier. Plus, it’s nice that we could be so close to the train station so we could get our 6am train and still have a nice night of sleep the day before.

We pay for a cleaning fee however we have to take out the trash. I don’t mind selecting the trash (I would prefer to not have to throw it away though) however there were not enough bins to separate, plus it’s a bit passive aggressive to let a message saying we will be reported in case we do it incorrectly since these things can happen especially if you are not used to separating trash. Also the message about us being responsible for eventual failure in the ac system doesn’t make sense at all! (Nothing happened with us… but still). I am sorry, but if the ac stops working unless someone willing harmed the system (like throwing a bucket of water in it or something) there is no way it would be the guest’s fault. Also, we didn’t break anything, however the price list is abusive and absurd! Everything is mostly ikea and the blankets are very cheap (which doesn’t mean they are bad quality, just that they don’t cost 30 euros), so there is no way the price would be what is on that list (therefore be aware of this if you end up breaking something in your stay and having to pay).

Clean rooms with complete items.

the location is really good. good view in front. equipment for kitchen is good.

blanket not good switching off heating at night not good. shower not good.

Good location. Comfortable check-in and check-out.

The large glass windows make the 4th floor apartment hot as hell. One air conditioner is not enough for the whole apartment. The nearby bar has loud music and singing until 3 am.
