Wellness Residence Villa Leck

Very nice amenities, covered parking, beautiful location

Very cozy and large residence. We loved coming back here after a big day hiking. We could see the snow capped mountains. The wellness area with the pool was lovely. We loved that the residence was equipped with a kitchen. Elena was a very helpful host who gave clear instructions for self check in.

Spacious for 4 people, good location once we worked out the ski path back to close to the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus was excellent and took us to where we asked to go each morning.

There was not much ‘lounging’ furniture in apartment 8 - a 2seat sofa, otherwise seating was on the dining chairs.

The apartment was nice and clean, it was also warm and cozy, the kitchen had enough equipment for a comfortable stay and the bathroom was big and warm. There was a small balcony with an amazing view. There were several different pillows, so people can choose their preferred type. There are power sockets near the beds and blackout exterior shutters. We didn't use the Wellness area, so I can't give feedback on it. There are parking spots both outside and in an underground garage but note that the maximum car height shouldn't exceed 2.1m, otherwise the underground garage cannot be used. Our car is 2m and even though it was able to go in, the maneuvering was hard and took a lot of time. Fortunately, we were given a new parking spot outside when we asked to switch. The ski room was nice, there are separate lockers for each room with enough space for several pairs of skis, as well as ski boot dryers. There is a ski shuttle but we didn't use it, the lifts are pretty close on foot - ski lift Nives is around 6-7 minutes away, if you walk slowly, maybe 9-10. The Ciampinoi cable car is a bit further but still close enough. There are also stores and restaurants within walking distance, as well as bus stops. We were also given free transport cards for our stay. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, we arrived late and the instructions for getting the key were straightforward and easy. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

The rooms were charming and the view was nice.

The underground garage is pretty small and was tough to drive in with the midsize car we rented but it was manageable.

Absolutely adore Elena. She is the kindest. Gave us maps and recommendations for local hikes and food spots. She even gifted us a bottle of champagne and heart chocolates for our engagement, which was completely unexpected. Felt so luxurious. The wellness centre is magical with a warm pool, sauna, crystals in the steam room, comfortable lounges, towels and cotton robes (found in our room with pool slippers). Love that the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make any meal. Also coffee pods! Having a view of the mountains from bed, plus two balconies to admire the view outside is wonderful.

I would recommend showering in the wellness centre after you finish in the pool or spa. I found the water pressure in our private bathroom to be too hard, but it’s good for washing shampoo out of your hair.
