Residence Olivotti

The location is amazing; the old town and the beach are just a few blocks from the entrance and the area is full of nice restaurants and coffee shops. During our visit, heat wave hit the Southern Europe but the backyard swimming pool made the hot afternoons pleasant. Also nights were restful thanks to air conditioning. The residence staff was always friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and in good condition. The building is old, but it has its own charm and the facilities have been modernised where needed.

The location

You have to clean the room yourself or pay 40 Euro ( wasn't mentioned in the booking). Parking cost 10 euros/ day, but then you are not allowed to use your car! ( because the owner fill the garage to a maximum and blocs the car) . Very expensive for car parking when you can't use the car... the rooms are not noise isolated you here everything your neighbours says...

The apartment was moist and damp, smelled like mold and had mold spots on the walls. It was impossible to air out because of the mosquitoes during the night. The garage facility had better air quality than the annex apartment. The main bed was hard as a rock.

Verkar nice place with lovely staff. Great atmosphere!
