Near train station, stores, restaurants and the beach

Would have been amazing if there was salt and some olive oil and a coffee pot

The apartment was clean and the staff was nice. It it very very close to the beach and to the centre.

Sehr sauberes Appartement. Die Matratze des Doppelbetts war erstklassig! Um warmes Wasser zu haben, muss der Schalter für den Boiler links außerhalb der Badezimmern eingeschaltet werden. Das wussten wir nicht. Aber als wir am nächsten Tag die Vermieter informierten, reagierten sie sofort. 👍🏻 Das Appartement 306 liegt im ersten Stock in der Nebenstrasse Viale Dante Alighieri. Obwohl direkt an der Straße gelegen, war sie fast nicht zu hören,--> gute Fensterisolation.

Hausfassade ist wegen Bauarbeiten eingepackt. Zum Glück wurde nicht gearbeitet. Dadurch war es aber relativ dunkel in der Wohnung und der Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden. Doch das störte uns nicht.😊

Great location, nice apartment

Convenient location; spacious overall.

Building was under scaffolding on 3 sides and workmen began noisy work early in the morning. The view from the balcony was largely obscured by the scaffolding and covering around it. Layout of reception room/kitchen didn't allow for any comfortable seating in order to watch the television provided. Kitchen did not contain a kettle (essential for the English abroad!!!) nor any basic commodities for cooking such as oil, salt/pepper, cling wrap, silver foil, etc, very common now in many fully equipped kitchens.

1. Everything was clean when we arrived 2. Everything worked. For example, we always had hot water to shower with. 3. One day, we forgot our keys inside the apartment while the reception was closed for the day, but luckily we could call the staff using the emergency phone number (which can be found in the elevator). They arrived within 20 minutes of calling 4. There’s a great trattoria right next door. 5. The beach and the train station are so close to the accommodation (less than 10 minutes away by foot) 6. The studio apartment was definitely spacious enough for two people

1. The air conditioning machine leaked water one time during our 5-night-stay, but once we emptied the jug (that collected the water from the AC) on the balcony, we had no more problems 2. The shower is too small 3. It would be good to have basic kitchen items like olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper 4. The noise from the street does not get blocked. Whenever we didn’t wear earbuds, my boyfriend and I woke up at least twice in one night due to the traffic noise in the middle of the night. With earbuds, we slept through the night however.

Nice staff. Good with laundry machine. Wonderful with aircondition. We just loved to come in from the hot summer temperature outside and get into the "cold" apartment environment. A very nice bakery just across the street, with baguettes, croissants and of course coffee.

No dishwasher, and not so much cooking utensils in the kitchen. Quite noisy in the night even though we took down the window blinds.
