Gold Coast Morib Ain Studio

*Owner Mr. Fawzi: Nice. He has WhatsApp us all the details to check in (Digital PIN check in), video on how to go the studio from parking, video on how to use the jacuzzi, what channels have in the TV, nearby Chinese & Malay restaurants & etc. *Studio: Located at the left hand side of the resort, which facing trees. Beach at on ur left & main entrance on ur right when u stand at balcony. There's many monkeys during morning time, after 9am they gone. We didn't eating or put foods at balcony. Just hanging clothes & kept all in before bed. So far didn't see monkeys came to the our balcony. *F&B: There's some 3in1 coffee & drinking water bottles provided. And also cups, tea spoons, forks, plates, kettle, mini fridge. *Iron, iron table, hair blower: Didn't use it, so not sure functioning well or not. *Jacuzzi bathtub: Clean & functioning well. Got hot water, just not that hot. *Toilet: Clean. Got water heater, just that not that hot. There's body shower liquid, dishwash liquid, handwash liquid & dishwash sponge provided. *Air-cond: Functioning well. Cold & windy. *Digital ceiling fan: Functioning well. Strong wind. *Beds: One queen size beds & two single beds. 6 pillows. 3 thick blankets. There's some hairs & ants when we checked in *Waterpark: Get cheaper price if show to the ticket counter the member card's photo which forward by Mr. Fawzi.

*Beds: There's some hairs on a single bed, ants on the other single bed & the queen bed when we checked in. I just clean it myself. *Lightings: Could be better if add one more yellow or white wall light in between the single bed & queen bed. *Beach: No proper maintenance by the resort management. No toilet, water taps. Totally different when my last visit in Year 2019.

Very easy check in and check out process. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, extra towels. The jacuzzi is so nice. The room has plenty of hooks to hang clothes, which is so awesome. There are the usual water heater, hair dryer, iron with board, minibar air cordd works well, there is also a fan if we are too cold with aircornd. I love that there is no need to use card to activate electricity because our minibar would still be cold when we were out and about for the day. We could also charge our powerbank as we were out for dinner. There were also comfortable lounge set on the balcony so we could chill for coffee and enjoy it because the balcony was facing an empty parking space so we had some privacy compared to if the balcony were facing the waterpark. The unit is at the front block, which is accessible easily from the carpark right after the guardhouse. The host is very helpful, courteous and cooperative. We really enjoyed dealing with the host.

This is out of the host's control, but on The day of our arrival the corridor lamps were all out it was really dark to walk from lift/stairs to the room. But the management took care of it the next day so it was rectified.

Room very spacious and the jacuzzi ,😘😍🥰

Outside front door no light.. Too dark if we would like to go out night time.

Owner is helpful and generous. You can fit 4 people inside one room. Tv got many channels to watch. Got discount for theme park and late checkout.
