no breakfast. room is ok

while booking they showing room picture accordingly we book. 02 day before check in staff calls me and saying room is full. And he giving us different room which is no satisfied. and he also asking advance payment before check in, which is not mentioned while booking.

Property is very close to Varkala Helipad, so it's quite accessible. Apartment is clean, the air conditioning is functional, and the kitchen is good. The host, Suji, is friendly and responsive, and he let us check out an hour late (the designated check out time is quite early at 10am).

The stay was great, but only took a point off because a) bed was too small for one of us (if you're 6ft or taller you will not fit), b) water pressure in the bathroom is lower than ideal, and c) host didn't offer to return the change for the payment we made, which was a very small amount, but it's still in poor taste to not even offer and just say thank you. The apartment could use a dustbin in the toilet, and a water purifier or bottled water for guests. But those aren't big necessities, just feedback.

The pictures shown does not match with the real apartment and surroundings. rooms were suffocating and there is no ventilation. The passway to the room does not have light. It's all dark walking. we complained about the water heater but no one came to fix it. all mentioned toiletries were not provided
