Nice, cozy, big and clean apartement with a beautiful balcony offering a Seaview.It was very quiet too!The hostess was very friendly and gave us very useful information about things to do/eat around.We enjoyed our stay there.It is less than 10 minutes by car from the centre of neos Marmaras.

The matress was a little bit soft for us but this is just personal taste.

A very peaceful place with beatiful sunsets. Everthing was perfect.

This is the easiest review I’ve written as everything about this property is excellent. Where to start? I’ll start with the view as this is always the first thing on my list. Well it’s obviously amazing, not only from the balcony (sunset included), but also looking out to the back, especially from the pergola, where a vineyard stretches down the valley as far as the eye can see. I never knew Greece could be so green. Moving on to the excellent layout of the apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, more than adequate kitchen (with kettle!) and daily housekeeping! Effie, Yani and son Nako are delightful, very welcoming and always ready to help should you need assistance. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The location was perfect for us, quite secluded, sea view on one side and a vineyard on the other. Spotless clean, very comfortable room, fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing. The hosts were wonderful and supper helpful and friendly. They even offered us beach chairs and an umbrella. We loved everything about our stay and are looking forward to coming back again.

Nothing to complain for. Everything was really great. We had no issues at all. From arrival to departure our stay was just flawless.

The host was absolutely adorable! We had some compliments which made the experience even better! The place was very clean and cute, and it was really close to Neos Marmaras.

It was really perfect! Super nice hosts, great location (if you have a car), clean and modern flat, great ocean view from the balcony. We would definetely come back :)
