Location amazing. Beautiful views from room. Reception staff and drivers incredibly helpful. Pool was wonderful and very helpful to have advice on boating options ahead of the stay.

Restaurant food was overpriced and of medium quality. Waiting staff were slow.

Property was spectacular, and the views were amazing. Food and service was impeccable.

Location is great if you have a car. without a car, it would be tricky to get around

The views! The beautiful room - we were in the Tower Suite which felt as though the lake was just an extension of the room. The breakfast was great and restaurant lovely. Friendly, welcoming staff. We did a boat trip which we’d highly recommend. Easy to find and park which is a real plus.

The pool and view were exceptional. Our villa was stunning and we were very comfortable staying in the Pavilion. Ground staff who helped with heavy luggage and our boat were super lovely! The service around the pool was hit and miss. We had some fabulous restaurant staff though including a gentleman who was so attentive to top up drinks by the pool and who made amazing cappuccinos at breakfast.

People walking past the pavilion and onto our private deck was an issue so signage needs to be better as the privacy was lacking for what you pay for. Housekeeping only change towels every second day and the quality of towels and lighting in the bathroom were poor. Our towels weren’t changed and it appeared the wet ones were hung up that we left in a pile on the floor that morning. There was also a construction site next to our room which woke us at 7am each morning and paying nearly $4,000 AUD per night I’d have expected to sleep in on my holiday! This wasn’t disclosed prior to arriving.

We loved the stunning location out of the buzz. It was remote and peaceful. Our room was stunning with the most beautiful lake view. The staff were incredible.

We loved everything! It would have been nice to have another option for some more relaxed meals for dinner. The hotel restaurant is delicious, but fine dining is only nice for one or two meals. We would have loved some pizza, pasta and salad options.
